Lucille Clifton wrote a short poem "The Lesson of the Falling Leaves" and it made me think about why autumn is my favorite season. The leaves change colors and they fall from the trees. It is the most beautiful season! In Clifton's poem she explains that the leave have faith in letting go. So do we! There are things we are holding on to that we need to let go and give to God! Let go and let God!
